1) About PJ’s Pet Cafe
PJ’s Pet Cafe is a locally operated business offering pet cakes, cookies, treats (“Products”), local doggy daycare (“Daycare”), and grooming referrals/listings (“Grooming”). Availability and scheduling may vary.
2) Products, availability, and photos
- Certain Products are available only when ingredients, time, and schedule allow.
- Website photos are examples of past work and style. Because Products are handmade and may be customized, the final Product may vary in color, decoration, size, and appearance.
- Products are prepared based on the customer’s request and the information submitted (including customization criteria).
3) Orders and acceptance
- Submitting an order/request is an offer to purchase and may require confirmation.
- We may contact you to confirm details (design, size, ingredients, pickup timing).
- We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order in our discretion (including due to capacity, ingredient availability, safety concerns, or suspected fraud).
4) Pickup only for cakes
- Cakes are pickup only. We do not ship cakes.
- Pickup details (date/time/location) are confirmed during ordering or via follow-up communication.
- You are responsible for timely pickup. If you anticipate being late, contact us as soon as possible.
5) Pricing and payments
- Prices may change at any time. Customization and complexity may affect final price.
- Payment is required as stated at checkout or upon confirmation.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
6) Refunds and cancellations
- Refunds are available before pickup.
- Once an order is picked up, it is considered accepted and refunds are not available except where required by law.
- To request a refund/cancellation before pickup, contact us promptly using the contact information on the website.
7) Doggy Daycare terms
- Daycare is a local, scheduled service and may require booking in advance.
- Vaccination requirements: Dogs must meet the vaccination requirements listed on the Daycare page, and you must provide proof as requested.
- Health and behavior: You represent your dog is healthy enough for daycare and not aggressive or dangerously reactive. We may refuse or end daycare service for safety, health, or operational reasons.
- Drop-off/pick-up: Drop-off and pick-up are by scheduled times. Late pickup may result in additional fees or require immediate pickup for staffing/safety.
Emergency care authorization: If we reasonably believe your dog needs urgent care and we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek veterinary care. You are responsible for related costs.
8) Grooming referrals/listings
- Grooming services are provided by third-party groomers. PJ’s Pet Cafe is not the grooming provider.
- Any referral or listing is informational and not a guarantee of quality, availability, pricing, or outcomes.
- Any grooming appointment, payment, and policies are between you and the groomer.
9) Good-faith policy
We operate on a good-faith basis and expect respectful communication. We may refuse service to anyone who is abusive, threatening, harassing, or fraudulent.
10) Pet safety and ingredients
Our Products are intended for pets. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring the Product is appropriate for your pet’s dietary needs and allergies. Ask questions before purchase if you are unsure.
11) Intellectual property
All website content (text, photos, logos, branding) is owned by PJ’s Pet Cafe or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written consent.
12) Disclaimers
